  • Course Description

    "Psychological Well-being" is a beginner-level course designed to introduce participants to the essential concepts and practices of Psychology and mental health. This online course, spanning 60 hours, combines theoretical learning, practical exercises, case discussions, and group activities to ensure a holistic understanding of psychological wellness.


    Participants will explore topics such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, psychopathology, interventions, stages of counselling and emotional first-aid. With a balance of real-life applications and engaging activities, the course aims to empower individuals with the tools and strategies needed to improve their mental health and foster a positive outlook on life.
