Course Requirements

To participate in a Zumba class, students typically require:

*Physical Requirements:*

1. Basic fitness level
2. Ability to move freely and follow choreography
3. Comfortable with dynamic movements (dance, aerobic exercise)


*Other Requirements:*

1. Comfortable clothing and shoes
2. Water bottle
3. Towel (optional)
4. Prior dance or fitness experience not necessary
